Welcome

Kia Ora – I’m Julie O’Connell, an experienced, qualified counsellor offering therapy and counselling services in Queenstown and Central Otago.

I provide counselling for adults, couples, and young people facing life’s challenges. These could be issues relating to trauma, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and PTSD.

Whether you’re navigating a recent issue or holding onto something from long ago, I’m here to help you work through it with compassion and care. I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, build clarity, and move forward at your own pace.

“I hold hope for people to change by exploring their issues and working through these together.”

– Julie O’Connell
